DOST Agency was established under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Its purpose is to improve the quality of services in the fields of employment, labor, social protection, and provision.

Additionally, it aims to increase transparency, ensure the application of innovative solutions, accelerate the transition to e-services, prevent bureaucracy, and enhance citizen satisfaction.
