SACCI is happy to announce its collaboration with the Caspian-Alpine Society, an association recently created in Zurich by Azerbaijani people with the aim to promote economic relations between Switzerland and Azerbaijan by improving mutual knowledge about the opportunities offered by both countries. These objectives are obviously shared by SACCI.

Chairperson of the Caspian-Alpine Society, Mrs. Maryam Gulamova Karabekiroglu, presented her association in the following way:

The creation of the Caspian-Alpine Society was driven by the desire for mutually beneficial cooperation between two countries with deep historical, economic, and cultural traditions. Living in Switzerland and observing how stability and innovation are valued here, we felt an acute need to promote a deeper understanding and support of Azerbaijan—a country with tremendous potential in fields such as energy, transport, and culture. Our goal is to show our Swiss partners that Azerbaijan is not only a dynamically developing country but also a reliable partner for building long-term relationships.

As an organization, we strive not only for in-depth research and analysis of political and economic issues but also for creating opportunities for real interaction. The Caspian-Alpine Society organizes integration projects, public surveys, and conferences that help unlock the potential of our compatriots in the diaspora and support their integration into Swiss society. We believe that participation in the intellectual discourse of the country of residence is the key to being heard and recognized.”
